So how do you go from walking through the door to sitting in the hairdressers chair without a little trauma along the way?  The Hair Band Experience means that from the moment you enter the salon, you are being cared for.

You're offered an extensive range of complementary refreshments, including Pollards freshly ground coffee, speciality teas, wine of the month, beer, or even a glass of sparkling wine all with our complements.

After your welcome you'll be introduced to your hair designer for a face to face consultation. Many elements come into play to find the right haircut, so the designers expertise is essential to the process. Hair type, face and body shape, the clients personal vision, and of course, the level of the clients home styling capability are all deciding factors in choosing the right style.

You are then taken to The Hair Band hair spa, where you will experience a luxury shampoo, after which your hair designer will take you through your haircut and style.

You'll leave with your own personalised hair plan with home hair care and styling advice.
