All our hair designers are hand reared from school and trained in the Hairband philosophy from day one. At the other end of the spectrum, owners Paul and Hilary Oates often find themselves handing out long service awards for 15 years or more.
The Hairband are founder members of 365 day hairdressing, an exclusive organisation which originally evolved to raise the standards of service and training in hairdressing.
Now staff numbers have swelled to over 30 and the Hairband's own NVQ accredited training scheme means that high quality new blood is always feeding into the salon starting each June.
We are looking for eager, happy, fashionable school leavers to join our team.
